I’m a family man, a husband and a father of a blended family of 5, born and raised in Houston, TX as a proud first generation Salvadoran-American. Some of my hobbies and interests include sports, health and fitness, traveling the world, and during my own free time, building my Jeep and creating content.
I’ve always loved cars since I was a child. From the 80s muscle cars, lowriders, and then eventually the street racing scene of the mid to late 90s. This led me to begin building and speeding the back streets of Houston with imports. Now as a family man, my driving interests have shifted over to Jeeps, which is a vehicle I’ve also admired since I was a kid.
When I finally purchased my first Jeep during the pandemic, all I wanted to have was a lifted Jeep, and be able to take my top and doors off, but quickly learned how fun, albeit costly, building a Jeep can be. From wheeling, to hitting the beach and just taking a drive down the country sides of Texas in Ironhide alongside my kids and my dog, Hendrix, Jeep life is not just a hobby, but an escape from the day-to-day stress.
As I continued to build my Jeep, I’ve gained various relationships throughout the Jeep world which has also been a major to building Ironhide. I’ve been inspired and motivated by many great rigs that surround me on a daily basis, whether it’s on the socials or in my community. My goal is to enjoy this process as much as possible while also contributing to the Jeep community, helping others, whether it’s with their build or recoveries. I’ll hope to continue to meet many more of you on the socials, events, or on the trails!
