We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make on 7nation.com. Unfortunately, things aren’t always as expected. If things don’t go as expected and you’re not satisfied with a product, contact our support team and we’ll work with you to make it right!

7ϟNation merchandise may be returned or exchanged with the original receipt within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Apparel items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached.

All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by Gift Certificates will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a 7nation.com credit onto a 7nation.com Gift Card. Cash/funds will not be issued.

When Shipping Your Return:

Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, email, phone number and mailing address used when placing the order. Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured courier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

What If I Change My Mind?
I Received The Wrong Item, Now What?

If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund or return. We may request a pic or two in order to verify your issue. Please note, you will be required to return the item. Please use the live chat feature, or contact support to get the process started.

7ϟNation RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
  • Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.
  • Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of Use.
  • Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of Use.

This Policy may be updated from time to time.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, 7ϟNation reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange. FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

No refunds, credits or exchanges on the following:

  • Any items ending in $0.77 or $0.97
  • Any sale item included in an additional percentage off promotion
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Gift cards, limited edition items
CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL & INTERAC ONLINE REFUNDS

For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.

Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

7ϟNation offers a one time only price adjustment on items purchased at REGULAR price within 7 days of invoice with your original invoice. Please include a note indicating the item and its new price.

From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available. If a price adjustment is not available on any given promotion we will state that fact on the 7nation.com website.

Holiday Return Policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’re happy to extend our return date for holiday orders until January 15th, 2024. As mentioned below, all items must be unused or unworn, and in their original packaging or with tags attached.

Online Return Policy

We always hope that you love everything in your order, but if you’re unsatisfied for any reason with any of the items you received, we’re more than happy to offer a refund. Please note that:

All items must be unused, and in their original packaging.

Clothing must be unworn, with their tags attached. 

All items must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

We do not refund shipping on orders and you are responsible for the return postage. We’d advise shipping your return with a tracking number to ensure that the items do not get lost in transit.

Food, Coffee, and Parts from Rival 4×4 and TMR Customs are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges 

We welcome you to return your items by mail, and an exchange will be sent within 7 days of us receiving the item. Please ensure the exchanged item is as outlined in the return policy above. Also, please ensure to mark clearly your desired size otherwise we will issue a refund.

Refunds

Payments will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. Please allow between 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

Sale/Promo Items (usually the price ends in 97) will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Returning Faulty/Incorrect Items

In the event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will happily provide a return shipping label. Once the defective item is received we’ll ship out a replacement.
